The stone distillery and a tavern building were built first in 1800 and the house was built in 1805 and completed in 1807, by Frederick Seibert. The property stayed in the Seibert family until 1905. Then changed hands a few more times, until Robert Fierro, Jr. sold the property to G. Edward and Katy Frye in 1988. Ed and Katy Frye, Blake’s grandparents, owned the property until their passing. In June of 2023, we had the opportunity to purchase the property.
The options for where to set up for your wedding ceremony and reception are endless on the property, from the pond terrace under the gorgeous hackberry tree, to the open patio, to the newly restored bank barn. There are so many options to fit your preference.
